I think this is important.  We would like to bundle tests, but give
people the option of running them.  So the unit test framework is an
'optional' dependency of the rock.

Doc generation is an important problem in the Lua world, since we
never seem to agree on a common format for delivering documentation.
Hisham was wondering what documentation can be extracted from source
that does not have actual Doxygen or LDoc-style comments.  I do want
to see if I can train LDoc to work on plain files, and use whatever
information it can find; at the least, extract the public API.
