Pdftex's \pdfprimitive is \primitive in luatex. Iirc, I removed

Oh, great. The pdf prefix was very counter-intuitive in front of some
primitives, such as \primitive indeed.
But apparently you kept \pdfprimitive as an alias. Are such aliases reliable, or
are they meant to be removed sooner or later?
There are no immediate plans to remove these aliases (there is nearly
no overhead involved and it helps backward compatibilty with pdftex).
