In the meanwhile, I got it from the svn distribution, thanks to Luigi's 
suggestion.

Just in case: jhe trunk of luatex is checked out (readonly) and mirrored
to a website automatically, every six hours:

        http://context.aanhet.net/svn/luatex/trunk/

The manual is in manual/, of course.
