Well, the situation has changed: as I understand it, Hans is now
auto-creating a standalone luatex-fonts.tex that will not depend on the
rest of ConTeXt. At least that is what I asked for.
Anyway, having two implementations is necessary because ConTeXt's
implementation is not compatible with luatextra.
