Yes, but I don't think Windows can do symlinks, even with drivers for a
symlinkable filesystem... anyways, having the same check as
lfs.symlinkattributes has would be OK I guess...
ntfs has links and if i remember right in the beginning of luatex we had
do patch the lfs library (of that time) to deal with it in order to get
the right attributes.
