Strangely I have a correct result on Windows XP.
I've found that LucidaTypewriterRegular.ttf, which seems
not to exist on Windows 7, is used on XP.
If I use LTYPE.TTF instead, I obtain the same buggy result
also on XP.
with \newfontfamily\lucidasanstypewriter{LinMonoO}
(the Mono font from Libertine)
it is ok. With DejaVu Sans Mono not (Linux/TeXLive)
