I bet no one uses those primitives. Let's just kick 'm out. The sam
eis true for \Aleph* and \Omega* unless we get reports that someone
really tests for those version numbers (and why).

What about removing them in SVN now? With Lua 5.2 and everything it
seems like a good time for such a change :)

just go ahead ... even the few who uses them can write macros to replace them
