Herbert, do you have an overview which packages are concerned?
not really. I suppose nearly all packages in $TEXMF/tex/lualatex/
At least all which use the deprecated names like module, etc

Would it be possible to provide a (temporary) compatibilty fix that
might go into the format? Thinking of TeX Live 2013 I fear to have a
broken system from start an … And I guess not all authors might be able
to fix their packages until then?
