With the next luaotfload it will be possible to query complete requests, including optical sizes, e.g. luaotfload-tool --find="name:Myriad Pro/s=12" luaotfload-tool --find="name:Myriad Pro/bi" luaotfload-tool --find="file:MyriadPro_Regular.otf" and so on.
