the manual still implies it is 200 but it doesn't really matter as it was a spurious value before and it'll be gone next time (0.)80 is the luatex version number the manual says: The pdfTEX related primitives will be removed from versions after 0.80. All the version related details are available in the status table at the Lua end, for instance one can say: \let\pdftexbanner \luatexbanner \let\pdftexversion \luatexversion \let\pdftexrevision\luatexrevision if these are really needed in a macro package.
