with LuaTeX 0.80.0 (TL'15) lists 58 callbacks. Comparing the list with
those in the manual, there seem to be four undocumented ones:
- char_exists
obsolete (never was active)
- pdf_stream_filter_callback
this is something old experimental that will go
- find_cidmap_file
- read_cidmap_file
these are not used by the engine but are there for completeness as a lua
font loader might need them
