After applying the patch Kazuki submitted yesterday to fontloader, this source
can be compiled correctly.
that patch is not ok (it can result in empty ps names for other fonts
and is also applied in the wrong place in the code) ... keep in mind
that what works for one font can fail for another (and anything you can
imagine that goes wrong with names/string, will go wrong with fonts)
