[luatex] segfault when building from TL

Hi Luigi,

This is LuaTeX, Version beta-0.81.1 (TeX Live 2016/dev)

$> fmtutil --byfmt luatex
$> fmtutil --byfmt lualatex
are both ok.

Those were of course OK also in Norbert case.
Format creation is independent of the luaotfload.
