[luatex] Bug with math operators?

Hello all,

With a 'pretest' version of LuaTeX v0.85 the simple document

    $$\sin\pi=0$$
    \bye

is missing the "sin". This works fine with v0.80 on the same system
(Win32 using W32TeX binaries). Any ideas what might be wrong?
