[luatex] Setting PDF outlines from Lua

Hello,

I would like to set up the PDF outline (bookmark) hierarchy from Lua, as
can be done with the PDF info with pdf.setinfo. I have searched thoroughly,
but haven't found an answer. Could you please tell me if it's possible and,
if so, how?
