[luatex] Lucida Bright OT

Howdy,

Enclosed are two font sample files for Lucida Bright OT. One was created with 
XeLaTeX and the other with LuaLaTeX (both using the latest fontspec with a full 
up to date tlpretest). Please notice that Bold-Italic in the sample compiled 
with LuaLaTeX is wrong.
