I get no segfault on windows - neither with miktex nor with texlive
2016. But there just was a bug report for xelatex on miktex, where
the listings library of tcolorbox triggered a change in
rerunfilecheck which leads to compilation failure:

Perhaps you are seeing a similar effect. But without log-files it is
difficult to say.


Sorry, I just put the log file, and all other files produces
by compilation. Same folder:
