a couple of the fields have the old pdf prefixed names
tex.pdfnormaldeviate -> tex.normaldeviate
tex.pdffontname(number) -> tex.fontname(number)
and others are no longer there (and have moved to pdf table)
eg
tex.pdffontobjnum(number) -> pdf.fontobjnum I think

thanks, i'll fix it (a few days ago i found some more so i bet that
there is still more old stuff to find)
