[luatex] tracker.luatex.org gives 'INTERNAL APPLICATION ERROR'

Logged in anonymously to tracker.luatex.org I can see the title of bug
reports .  However, trying to open any of them results in 'INTERNAL
APPLICATION ERROR'.

Is this expected?
