Luigi, thanks, but I'm not sure of the flow here: does that commit mean that it will be in tl2026 before the final builds?, I'd be happy to do some tests as soon as it gets to the texlive pretest, however as Frank just said I think overprinting with no warning isn't something that can be left until 2027. David
