[luau] Safe to do this?

find /var/spool/mqueue -mtime +10 | xargs rm

I just noticed that some of my servers had thousands of messages stuck in
the Sendmail queue for over 6 months!  They were all the result of thousands
of invalid target addresses.  Is it safe to use the above command in order
to clean this out... say weekly in a cron script?
