[luau] ICE on RedHat 7.3

So far I can't get ICE to launch on Red Hat 7.3.  I copied the files 
like I do in Mandrake 8.2 but it won't launch.  I select the session 
with the KDE Desktop Manager and select "icewm" but it ends up going to 
KDE3.

Am I missing an exicutable somehere?
By the way the speed on KDE3 is fine.  It's almost as good as ICE but 
what bugs me is the extremely cluttered KDE menu.  I could be happy with 
KDE3 if I could put a similar button menu system on it like I have on ICE.
