I really like FireBurner <http://www.fireburner.com> for burning ISO
images and BIN/CUEs under Windows. It has a nice simple interface that
works. Unfortunately, it's not free (in either sense of the word), but
it is low cost and there is a demo (which may or may not be time
bombed). The older versions really rocked if you can still get them.
