[luau] Multiple Language Win4Lin

Hi,

A friend of mine and I are working to allow Chinese and English versions 
of Win98 to co-exist in Linux.  This appears to be do-able and we are 
quite excited.

Please let me know if you have already done something like this, or know 
someone who has.
