I figured out a bit more... Konqueror can connect with the user agent set to "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE5.5; Windows NT 5.0", but it has other problems with either the javascript and HTTPS used on the site. After a "Connection broke" error pop-up, I am able to login to my FHB account and it gets stuck at the clock logo. I think the HTTPS problem is a known bug in KDE3 Konqueror that it has with several types of secure web servers. I attempted to set that User Agent in Mozilla of Red Hat 7.3. It refused to work... I guess this exposes a new Mozilla bug. Reported here: http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=66214
