Or just simply easier to use. The "permissions" problem still looms large. I'm still not sure how OS-X overcomes the issue as the Macintosh sales people are less than articulate, not actually knowledgeable on Macintosh systems, and exhibit zero knowledge of related Linux systems. So walking in to a Macintosh boutique is like falling into a communications void.
