[luau] KDE 3.02

Aloha,

I am looking at all the files in the
ftp://videl.ics.hawaii.edu/mirrors/kde/stable/3.0.2/Mandrake/8.2/ directory.

Is there an RPM I should load first that will get the rest loading?  I am on
Mandrake 8.2.
