If you selected BASH in the adding shells feature in the /stand/sysinstall when FreeBSD was installed it should be there. Try typing bash at the command prompt of the user and see if that switches to a bash shell for you. I use tcsh on the boxes here but it should be the same install for bash. -- Aloha!
