Hello everyone; thought I would get this out to tell you my progress
and update the help I need. I did find a way to get samba installed and
a way to start it, have not yet figured how to edit start up files so it
will start on boot. also have figured how to do without the Gnomba and
Komba2 utilities by using command line options like smbmount; not quite
as easy or visual but it works. Thanks again for the help. Oh, btw
Warren and others; I did edit the Grub.conf file and now WinXp boots.
Thanks.
