In that case you should be entitled to a refund under the "if you do not agree to these terms...return for a refund..." clause that the EULA has. Contact Fujitsu for more info. They'll probably point you to M$, who will point you to Fujitsu, ad infinitum, but hopefully you can eventually get your $80 (or whatever).
