For those of you still on 2.2 kernels (whatever your reasons may be), you might be interested to know that 2.2.22 has been released for general public consumption.

Major highlights are mostly bugfixes (as one would expect in a mature kernel series) as well as support for the latest Via C3 processors. A few security bugs were also fixed, some potentially locally exploitable, but no opportunities for remote exploitation were noted.
