[luau] Date of Psyche (Red Hat 8.0)

I believe the final version of Red Hat 8.0 ("Psyche") came out on 
09/30/02.  However, I saw the ISO image files were dated 09/10/02.  Was 
the final version ready 20 days prior to its release?
