Sorry, sure don't know of a fast one. I often have success with Australian mirrors. I don't recall having success downloading Suse some time ago. Maybe it wasn't offered many places.(?)

A good mirror for Slackware is ftp.cerias.purdue.edu, especially if you're on Internet2.
