I met Eric Raymond at a show in Las Vegas before and he was at the
last technical conference there.
Also read "Everyday Linux" which includes a forward by Eric and is a
most recent publication.
Eric is still a leader in the front for Opensource.

Eric is referring to a term coined by Eric S. Raymond in his book, "The
Cathedral & The Bazaar."
ESR refers to it as Linus's Law as states it as, "Given enough eyeballs,
all bugs are shallow."
You can find it on page 30. It's a great read!
