I just wanted to throw an idea out and see what people think.

Divide this list into two lists (a technical and a non-technical list). The non-technical list could deal with advocacy, organizational issues, supporting schools, expressing preferences, social events, etc... The technical list could deal with configuration issues, new products, requesting technical help, buy/sell/trade hardware, how-to's, etc...

My personal opinion is our volume isn't large enough to split into multiple lists. There is however something else that I want to try soon.

I would like for our community to try a web board community like this. The benefits are numerous, and you still receive e-mail about new threads and replies to threads that you subscribe. It helps to cut down on spam, much easier to read threads and easily separate topics (technical, non-technical, buy/sell/trade, etc.)

Of course our web board would start off with only about 4 topics.
