Todd Ogasawara (who's mentioned in the Hawaii Business Magazine article with Scott Bedford http://www.hawaiibusiness.cc/hb32003/index.cfm?CFID=298633&CFTOKEN=16651718) made a presentation at the O'Reilly Open Source Convention (http://conferences.oreillynet.com/cs/os2002/view/e_sess/2456). Jon Lim, also on the State of Hawaii eGov team, helps the Plone team with their debugging.
