I think those systems are Lindows OS. I don't know what distros but its basically Linux for the desktop at a very reasonable price. I believe their website is at: http://www.lindows.com
The maker of Lindows.com is a maverick. His been sued by Microsoft because of the name Lindows and I believe won. It does just about everything Windows does at a very good price.
