I was thinking the same, but only you have access to such nice toys Charles, so I can't check...

What kind of stats is tops reporting vs. whats on the system? This may clue you in to whats going on with the Xeon's.

Windows reports 2 per CPU as well with the Zeons.  With a dual CPU box you
will see 4 in the task manager.
