Scott, Patrick, I am sorry I have inform you that I will not be able to make it to the Monday workshop like I had originally planned. I am too unrealistically stretching myself beyond breaking point with Mid-Pac, school, and Fedora, and taking off several hours to travel and solve those issues at PB will be too much for me at this point.
Patrick, regarding your church system, if you are unable to figure out the connection issue on Monday with Scott's help, my friend that lives in Mililani has agreed to help you if you still need the assistance. Please let me know if you need the help and I'll connect you with her. Scott, regarding HARC's server. While speaking with that guy on Saturday he also mentioned their e-mail system which also needs to be replaced. I believe the best course of action would be to use two large (20GB is enough) mirrored drives in a server, with the user accounts both for the purpose of Samba and mail accounts. If you agree that this course of action is a good solution for HARC, you need only put the box online at a public IP with port 22 accessible from the Internet and I can setup almost everything quickly remotely. If you do not have another 20GB hard drive, I will donate one personally. Both of you, please communicate these technical needs and issues on a more regular basis on LUAU. You cannot rely entirely on me for solutions (or my brain will explode), and neither were mentioned on LUAU. There is a LOT of other talent out there that would love to help a church or other non-profit organizations. Oh heck, I'm CC'ing LUAU because we need to communicate these things better in our community. Sorry if this is rather blunt but this is all I have time for at the moment.
