Neither of these are true, or else SCO is violating some SEC disclosure rules. MS may have some influence over them without being majority shareholder, though. They must be loving the FUD factor. It only delays the inevitable, but every delay is $ in MS's bank. I am hoping it blows up in their face somehow. TB
