BTW, one of the bigger news in China was that Microsoft is going to 
invest $2-billion (US dollars) to establish a software development 
center in China.

We have all heard about companies oursorcing IP jobs to China and India 
to save cost and stay afloat.  But for a company which generates more 
than $10 billion dollars per quarter? Probably only Mr. Karl Rowe will 
see the justifications. wayne
