Correction. The 32GB ceiling I was alluding to is not a limitation of the FAT32 filesystem, but of the implementation. MS's Knowledge Base says XP cannot create a filesystem >32GB, but has no problem reading from it. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q314463 -Vince
