installed on Windows with just a few clicks, you can
download Apache2Triad:

That was one of my stepping stones towards Linux
because I was originally learning VB.NET, ASP.NET,
etc., but the costs kept getting worse so I tried
Apache2Triad and finally just abandoned Windows for
the most part.
I am humbled and awed by "2020 2020".
