I've been consulting with a doctor's office for a short time now and
I'd like to get my hands on the HIPAA document that spells out what
are acceptable best practices for IT in regards to security and the
privacy of medical patients. I've spoken with several who have read
the HIPAA guidelines, but I have not yet been able to find this
document on the web. If you know where (on-line) I could get a copy
of this document, it would be greatly appreciated.
