I have teachers who have been with gte then verizon. At that time, the
transition was smooth as those of you who had gte/verizon.net know.
However, it seems HawaiianTelCom ain't being cooperative.
I, too, have had problems trying to get in touch with their tech-support
division.
Any ideas guys?
Let me know, because I need to get these people over to something they
can use.
I've already talked a couple of them into getting a gmail account. But,
some are stubborn as hell. Those are the ones I need to get some answers
for.
