I'm flat-out opposed to corporations, the bane of humanity. 501(c)3's are a bargain with the devil. I believe the blessings bestowed upon the greater Hawaiian Ohana by Scott and/or HOSEF in terms of setting up K12LTSP labs, is totally awesome. I support both the e-waste recycling, and the advocacy of FLOSS (floss frequently :-) I don't have *any* problem with HOSEF losing 501(c)3 status, whereupon it can fork into an actual for-profit e-waste recycler, and the other half can get on with being an UN-incorporate LUG.
