As of 1540 this afternoon all power in HIG and only HIG IS DOWN. we will be lodging a protest with facilities, because it's pretty obvious someone was rushing (contractors) and and made a mistake.
Since support has to do checks on all the air con before they can bring up the data center, it's going to be a while until everything can be brought back up.
