Karl, nor do I. I was granted admin status so I could 'do' things but had to ask someone to help me as my very limited knowledge of Drupal meant I could not do the 'simple' correction I was asked to :/
Whilst I fully appreciate Marios's opinion of letting new people 'prove' themselves, IMHO your dedication and expertise has been shown in the creation of the new area. I do fail to see the reasoning behind the opinion of "Go create it" followed by "no you cannot maintain it". This, to me, is wrong. I've cc'd Julien to ask for his guidance on this matter, as it was he who asked we set up the https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/SubTeams and for them to govern themselves to free others up and ensure things are kept up to date. Your assertion that we are few in number of people who 'know' Drupal is something I would confirm from my chatting to people to get help. AFAIK, the only active person who 'knows' Drupal, apart from you, is Mario himself. Regards, Phill.
