Hi, I have not forgotten about LOST (AKA LubuntuLinks) but never had time to update it. Today, after creating yet another masterpiece [1], I have updated LubuntuLinks[2] because some links were outdated so everything should be up-to-date. I will have another look later - I have used all my energy for the moment.
It would be great to have something like: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuGNOMEOneStopPage#Ubuntu_GNOME_Wiki_Map where users can find the map of Lubuntu Wiki but: 1- I can't do anything further now 2- Lubuntu Wiki Area is much more bigger than Ubuntu GNOME Area So, if you guys are interested to have something similar to the above link, I will need help to put all the links of Lubuntu Wiki on one place :) @Communications Team/Kris Please, share [2] on our Social Networks. It is shame that such valuable resource of information sits on the Wiki without reaching to the world. @Documentation Team [1] is not the cover page or the home page of Ubuntu GNOME Wiki Area. My previous plan was to do the SAME with Lubuntu but never done this because I had no time. I have explained that over and over again as how that is helpful. LubuntuLinks if will forever sit at the same place where it sits right now, it will be LESS helpful but sooner or later, it will die. That was NOT the main aim for me to create LOST. It should be visible to EVERYONE. If you guys will decide to keep it where it is right now, then at least, add it to: <<Include(Lubuntu/Header)>> So that, anyone can easily find it. For someone who does not know how to really do a search OR too lazy to do that, he/she needs to do this in order to get there: 1. https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Lubuntu 2. https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Lubuntu/Documentation 3. Scroll Down and 4. https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LubuntuLinks This is WAY TOO LONG path. Not to mention, some can't even reach to the first one easily: 1. https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Lubuntu They, sometime, find this first: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu @Everyone Else: Why bookmark tons of pages and links? save your time and bookmark: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LubuntuLinks That is all what you need :) Many thanks! [1] - https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuGNOMEOneStopPage [2] - https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LubuntuLinks P.S. Ubuntu GNOME Wiki Area does not yet have something like: <<Include(Lubuntu/Header)>> I'd appreciate if someone can help me to have that? P.S.2 Lubuntu should be very proud to have one of the best Wiki Areas among other Flavors ;) and I'm glad to be part of this glory :D -- *Remember: "All of us are smarter than any one of us." *Best Regards, amjjawad <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/amjjawad> - StartUbuntu Project<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/CommunicationsTeam/WOWLubuntu/StartUbuntu> - Linux Brainstorming <https://www.facebook.com/groups/352004991569676/> - Mubuntu<http://amjjawad.blogspot.com/2013/07/draft-mubuntu-simple-minimal-system.html> Ubuntu GNOME <http://ubuntugnome.org/> - Xubuntu <http://xubuntu.org/> - Peppermint <http://peppermintos.com/about/>
