Hello,

May be a point of detail, but I found the 12.04 language support very poor.

I just installed LXDE 12.04 on an old Compaq Nx1100 machine and everything worked fine, except language support :

I set French with french keyboard during the installation set up.
When I finished the installation and rebooted my brand new system, I got all menu in English So I started "language support" from the preference and I discovered that the ONLY installed language was English. (Ubuntu 12.04 had a partial installation of the French but "language Support" solved the problem)

I removed English, added French applied the setup and rebooted .....

Still most of menus, applications in English.

If the main goal of LXDE is to replace WinXP, at least do as well as XP which install in French without problem...
